Career fairs are an excellent way for employers to begin to build their recruiting efforts on-campus. There are many career fairs hosted at Stanford University, some sponsored by the CDC and others by various groups throughout the campus. For additional information on any of the fairs listed below, please call or e-mail the specified contact person or organization.

Employers participating in any career fair or career service program at Stanford University should review the Career Development Center's policies and guidelines. Stanford reserves the right to exercise discretion in determining which employers may participate or to withdraw an offer to participate at any time.

The Fall Career Fair is the largest Stanford career event and provides an opportunity for employers to talk informally with 4,000-5,000 students about their organization, the career field they represent, possible internships, and regular full or part time positions. The fair can be used to promote your organization, collect resumes, and screen potential candidates. This fair serves Stanford students from all academic programs and degree levels.

The Spring Career Fair is a two day event for businesses, non-profits, government agencies, and start-ups. Employers have the opportunity to attend either one or both days. The Spring Fair provides an opportunity for employers to talk informally with 700-800 students each day about their organization, the career field, internships, and full-time positions. The goal of this fair is to match students who are still seeking employment or internship positions with employers seeking to fill full-time and intern/summer positions in June. This fair serves Stanford students from all academic programs and degree levels.
