At Stanford we understand the value of connecting our academic mission with public service. Students, faculty and staff are actively involved in a variety of public and community service initiatives. Their involvement is through the established programs, academic departments as well as the ethnical/cultural centers on campus. Such activities range from raising donations for hurricane victims, tutoring young elementary school children to creating a high school in a local community. This section offers links to the many and varied community services activities and programs at Stanford.
