The Haas Center strives to develop leaders who can help strengthen communities, locally, regionally or wherever there is a need. Our students are encouraged to connect their community service experiences to academic study in order to grow into effective civic leaders. After graduation, our alumni remain engaged in seeking solutions to the problems they have addressed as students—whether as career specialists, organizational leaders or volunteers. We are grateful to all community members far and wide who have mentored and taught our students through Haas Center programs.
