Administer the Judicial Process
Stanford University's Office of Judicial Affairs (within the Office of the Dean of Student Life) administers the student judicial process for Stanford and works toward an honest and responsible community. Under the process, students are held accountable for adhering to established community standards including, but not limited to, Stanford's Fundamental Standard and the Honor Code.
Judicial Affairs strives to adjudicate cases of alleged misconduct in a fair, responsible and timely manner emphasizing Stanford's core values of respect, trust and integrity.
Educate the Community about Academic Integrity and Community Standards
Judicial Affairs works to create a framework through which many members of the Stanford community can take advantage of educational opportunities and participate in discussions about the Honor Code, the Fundamental Standard and the University's core values.
Judicial Affairs works directly with the Stanford community to help solve problems. Faculty, staff, students and other members of the Stanford community are encouraged to consult with the Judicial Affairs staff.
