DisGo Cart Service

The OAE operates a free Disability Golf Cart service, DisGo, for all members of the Stanford community. It is open to anyone with a disability or medical condition that makes it difficult to travel about campus. DisGo currently maintains two 4-seat golf carts and one wheelchair accessible cart.

DisGo Cart rides are available starting the second week of Fall, Winter, and Spring academic quarters. DisGo is available Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 5:10 p.m.

Online requests must be made at least one business day in advance before 5PM. You will receive a confirmation e-mail later that night by 9PM.  We will try our best to accommodate the time that you have requested; however, we reserve the right to modify your time.  In the event that we need to modify your time, we will call you to confirm this change.  If you do not have a phone number, you will be contacted through your e-mail address.

DisGo Cart Service Agreement

• If you request a ride after 5:00 PM and do not receive a confirmation e-mail, do not expect rides the following day.
• If you need to make changes to an existing ride, please call at least 60 minutes prior to your ride at 650-725-2484 (5-CHUG).
• Due to scheduling constraints, drivers are instructed to wait no more than two minutes past the pick-up time.
• If you are not present for any ride, your remaining rides for that day will be canceled.  If you still need your remaining rides, you must call to confirm those rides.
• The Office of Accessible Education and DisGo reserve the right to refuse service.

Canceling Rides

To cancel rides, please call 650-725-2484 (5-CHUG) as soon as possible and leave a message.
