Each house on campus has a core group of students that charges itself with managing the various programmatic components of life in the residences. There are many different positions with various areas of specialization.
Faculty and Stanford Staff
Residential Education relies heavily on a large network of faculty and staff with both formal and informal roles in supporting our programmatic endeavors.
"DormGov" is a group of residents that help plan house events, guide house culture, and work with the student staff to create vibrant and healthy communities. They are elected by their fellow residents and appointments vary based on position & house.
Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL)
Fraternities and Sororities enjoy a long history at Stanford. Residential Education currently overseas Greek Life on campus as both share many core values and both strongly support the student out-of-classroom experience.
