Disability Needs

What’s Happened
We were able to meet a greater range of needs for students with disabilities including:
- The addition of over 1,000 apartment spaces for undergraduates, meeting a wide range of disability needs.
- The addition of multiple types of housing spaces in each neighborhood that can accommodate emotional support animals (ESAs).
We’ve added a second nut-sensitive dining hall on east campus (now in Ricker & Stern) and redesigned the dining plan so that students can have access to a broad set of dining options, regardless of where they live.

What’s Next
Student Affairs is launching a disability task force to look at how we can continue to meet the needs of all students. More soon!
