Enjoy yoga stretches in dappled morning light. Within a flowing sequence of postures, this class provides instruction for a balanced yoga practice grounded in alignment, breath, and peace of mind. Union is the literal meaning of the Sanskrit word yoga. Refresh and renew your resilience by giving yourself the gift of movement that fosters union and dynamic balance in mind-body-spirit. While this class focuses on fundamentals for beginners, experienced practitioners are welcome.
