How to Get Involved This May

  • Be on the lookout for Flourish Stories! Flourish Stories is a traveling exhibit that will be showcased at various locations across campus throughout May. Take a moment to learn about your fellow students’ mental health journeys, reflect on your mental health, and discover the support that you may need. Remember, you are not alone in your journey and together we can learn from and support one another in our path to finding flourishing. Read the Flourish Stories today.
  • Wear green during May.💚 Green is the international symbol for mental health awareness and represents growth, hope, and renewal. Wear green to raise awareness and show your support!
  • Check out What’s Flourishing on Campus? Visit The Flourish website to explore upcoming mental health and well-being events happening this month. From wellness courses to groups and workshops, these events offer a great way to get involved with your community, improve your mental health and well-being, and find support available to you.
  • Spread the word! Use #flourishtogether to share your support, show us how you flourish, and encourage others to join the movement.

Flourish Beyond May

Our “Flourish Together” movement does not stop after just one month. This is an ongoing journey and we hope that our month of mental health activities with our campus partners and the work we continue to do through The Flourish will help our Stanford community find flourishing beyond May. Our goal is to continue to introduce the support and resources to help kick-start your flourishing for the future!
