Subscribe to The Flourish to stay up-to-date with the latest editions, tips, resources, and campus events focused on supporting your well-being, personal growth, and flourishing. Our bi-weekly emails and monthly editions are curated with the help of our VPSA Mental Health and Well-Being interns and offer a fun, engaging read that you and your mind will be sure to enjoy.
- Practice Self-Care: Self-care is fundamental to flourishing. Carve out time each day for activities that rejuvenate your mind and body. Whether it’s yoga, reading a book, or just taking a quiet walk, these moments are crucial for your mental health. Discover ways to take care of yourself and each other.
