Call 988 to speak with trained professionals from non-Stanford affiliated emergency services and crisis hotlines who can assist individuals who are struggling with challenging life circumstances or intrusive thoughts or feelings. You do not need to be experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings to access the crisis hotlines.
