Confidential Resources
There may be times that you feel so challenged or overwhelmed that you need the warm support of professional help. Our numerous confidential resources on campus allow you a space to work through challenges where information cannot be shared without your explicit permission.
Non-Stanford Crisis Hotlines
Identify trained professionals from non-Stanford-affiliated emergency services and crisis hotlines who can assist individuals struggling with challenging life circumstances or intrusive thoughts or feelings. You do not need to be experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings to access these crisis hotlines.
